The goal of this report is to provide an in depth explanation of the structural system designed for the building. Some of the topics covered in this report are the gravity load resisting system, lateral load resisting system, foundation system, load descriptions, and joint details. These topics will be discussed in a general matter without focusing on analysis of the systems.
This report was created to identify and calculate the loads used in the design of the structural system for the building. The loads that were calculated include: dead, live, snow, wind, and seismic.

This report was created to assess the existing structural system for gravity loads. In addition 3 alternate designs were provided that may be taken into consideration for further analysis.

This report was created to assess the existing structural system for lateral loads. A 3D model was created and validated by hand calculations.
